Actor David Carradine ("Kung Fu," "Kill Bill") has been found dead.

A news report said he was found hanged in his hotel room in Bangkok and was believed to have committed suicide.

A spokesman for the U.S. embassy, Michael Turner, confirmed the death of the 72-year-old actor. He said Carradine died either late Wednesday or early Thursday, but he could not provide further details out of consideration for his family.

In the hour-long documentary broadcast on Saturday 20 June, Peter travels to Washington DC, Baltimore and a rehab facility in the Deep South to visit each of the band members – David St Hubbins, Nigel Tufnel and Derek Smalls – to catch up as they prepare to reform once again.
