Apple wins over Beatles in iTunes suit
A British judge has ruled in favor of Apple Computers in a suit between the company and the former Beatles.
Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and the estates of George Harrison and John Lennon had argued that Apple's iTunes music downloading service was an infringement of the band's Apple Records trademark.
